Terms of Service

By using OpenInfra.sh you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

We provide compute (VPS, VDS, bare metal) with bundled Solana infrastructure access. Included services are provided as part of your server and are subject to fair-use and abuse-prevention policies.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to disrupt the network or other tenants, or to circumvent rate, capacity, or security controls.

Servers are billed per the plan and term you select. Eligible free trials require a valid credit or debit card. We place a temporary $1 authorization to verify the card and release it without capturing payment; your bank may display that authorization as pending for several days. Prepaid cards are not eligible for free trials. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing starts at the selected plan price. Solana infrastructure is included at no additional charge. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Either party may terminate per the plan terms. We may suspend service for violations of these Terms or to protect the network.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the prior month.
