Service Level Agreement

This SLA describes our availability commitments for OpenInfra.sh infrastructure and the service credits available if we fall short.

01Uptime commitment

We target 99.9% monthly availability for RPC, WebSocket, gRPC, and ShredStream endpoints on production tiers (VDS and bare metal), measured per region.

02Measurement

Availability is measured as the percentage of one-minute intervals in a calendar month during which the service responds successfully, excluding scheduled maintenance.

03Service credits

If monthly availability falls below 99.9%, you are eligible for service credits: 10% of the affected service's monthly fee for 99.0–99.9%, and 25% below 99.0%.

04Scheduled maintenance

Planned maintenance is announced in advance on the status page and is performed with connection draining to minimize impact.

05Claiming credits

Submit a credit request to support@openinfra.sh within 30 days of the incident, including timestamps and affected endpoints.
